COMMANDING OFFICER
vCDR David Tomlinson
CDR Tomlinson entered Flight Simulation in 2004 joining with the vUSMC flying the F/A-18 Hornet C/D. CDR Tomlinson became Commanding Officer of VMFA-225 moving up in 2005 to Commandant of the vUSMC.

CDR Tomlinson then joined the vUSN in 2006. Cdr Tomlinson held billets as commanding officer for VF-101, VF-31, and VF-2. CDR Tomlinson served in many joint operations with various allied countries earning several awards.
​
In 2017, CDR Tomlinson joined virtual VFA-115 Eagles where he transitioned to the F-18/E Superhornet and continues to serve as a line officer.
